This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the processing of your personal data by Firisoft ("we" or "us"), through the "Firisoft" website ("Website") or when you use the app.
Please refer to the privacy policy that applies to the our specific mobile apps for information on how we process your personal data, treat your information and protect your privacy when you use the Video Volume Booster or other mobile application of us.

You are obliged to provide this information to us and if you do not provide it, we will be unable to provide you with our services.

8. Data Retention

We retain data collected through the use of our Website for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes indicated above and in accordance with Data Protection Law. The videos or images uploaded are preserved on our servers for no longer than 10 days and are usually deleted after a few hours.

We may transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the UK or Switzerland to other countries outside the EEA. Such data transfers are based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with Applicable Privacy Laws, including (a) the standard contractual clauses developed by the European Commission; (b) the decisions of adequacy of the European Commission; or (c) binding corporate rules. Please also note that our servers are based in the US and therefore your data will probably get out of the EEA region. Please make sure you agree to that before using any of our services or upload any file to this website.

The website is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
